    中国丝绸进出口总公司是隶属国资委管理的国家大中型企业，是中国成立较早、规模较大的进出口公司之一。公司具有强大的综合实力，注册资本 15000 万元，总资产达 20 多亿元。现拥有二级公司 16 家，国内联合营企业 40 余家，在世界丝绸主销国家和地区设立贸易机构 5 个。

    公司经营茧、丝、绸、服装及其他丝绸制品的出口，以及人造丝、合纤丝、纺织机械和染化料等商品的进口，还从事其他商品的进出口贸易、仓储运输、广告、房地产及实业投资等业务，从事丝绸贸易方面的国际交流活动。经营方式有自营、委托代理、进料加工、来样加工、来件装配、易货、转口、对外咨询服务等。

    China National Silk lmport & Export Corporation(CNSIEC)is one of the large scale state-owned enterprises that together form the mainstay of the national economy.It is also one of the earliest import and export corporations ever established in China.The corporation has at its disposal great resources, with a registered capital of 150 million yuan and a huge asset of over RMB 2 billion.CNSIEC now has 16 subsidiary companies, 40 domestic joint-venture enterprises and 5 trade representative offices in major silk consuming countries and regions all over the world.
